Chris is a Managing Director of Fisher Lynch Capital. He joined FLC in 2010, is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has led investments across multiple industries, geographies, and with multiple sponsors. Chris additionally plays a leadership role in the marketing and fundraising of the firm.
Previously, Chris was an Investment Banking Analyst at Revolution Partners, a middle market, technology-focused investment bank. While at Revolution Partners, Chris worked on various strategic advisory assignments, mergers and acquisitions, and private placement transactions. Earlier in his career, Chris was an Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities.
Chris earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
Marcus is a Managing Director of Fisher Lynch Capital. He leads FLC’s European investment activities, is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has led investments across multiple industries, geographies, and with multiple sponsors. Marcus additionally plays a leadership role in the marketing, fundraising, client service, and management of the firm.
Previously, Marcus was a Partner at Cinven, a leading European buyout firm, where he led transactions across several industries and served on the Boards of Amadeus, Corgi Classics, Medimedia, and Smurfit Kappa. Earlier in his career, Marcus was an executive at Intermediate Capital Group plc, the largest independent provider of mezzanine finance for buyouts in Europe, and in Corporate Finance at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Marcus is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Operational Research from the University of London.
Leon is a Managing Director of Fisher Lynch Capital. He joined FLC in 2004, is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has led investments across multiple industries, geographies, and with multiple sponsors. Leon additionally plays a leadership role in the marketing, fundraising, client service, and management of the firm.
Previously, Leon was a Senior Vice President of GIC, the private equity investment arm of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, where he led over $2.5 billion in commitments to private equity funds, venture capital funds, and co-investments. Earlier in his career, Leon held senior positions in information technology, business consulting, and software development.
Leon earned a BAS in Computer Science Engineering and BSEcon in Finance from the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology (M&T) Program at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA at the Wharton School.
Brett is a Managing Director of Fisher Lynch Capital. He founded FLC in 2003, is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has led investments across multiple industries, geographies, and with multiple sponsors. Brett additionally plays a leadership role in the marketing, fundraising, client service, and management of the firm.
Prior to founding FLC, Brett was a Senior Vice President of GIC, the private equity investment arm of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. Brett led GIC’s US private equity operations and served on its Investment and Management Committees. Earlier in his career, Brett was a Director of Corporate Development for AirTouch Communications and was a Vice President with Genstar Investment Corporation. Brett began his business career with Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm.
Brett earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics at Yale University and an MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Marshall is a Managing Director of Fisher Lynch Capital. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, has led investments across multiple industries, geographies, and with multiple sponsors, and has served on several portfolio company boards of directors. Marshall additionally plays a leadership role in the marketing, fundraising, client service, and management of the firm.
Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Marshall was a partner at Parthenon Capital, a middle-market private equity firm with over $3.5 billion in capital, and The Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Marshall was with Saugatuck Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market buyouts and growth equity transactions, and the corporate finance and private equity group of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
Marshall earned a BA at Yale University and an MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.
