Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Debbie owned and managed
Oasis Solutions, a registered SEC transfer agent providing
outsourcing services to real estate partnerships, REITs, and
broker dealers trading real estate partnerships in the secondary
market. Oasis provided back office services to more than 25,000
investors and customers, including maintenance of investor
records, distribution and K-1 tax processing, tax return
filings, accounting, trade settlement, and portfolio management.
Before Oasis, Debbie was Chief Financial Officer for the
Liquidity Fund Companies, a sponsor of private real estate
syndications and self-clearing broker dealer in the partnership
secondary market, and for the Quinoco Companies, an oil and gas
syndicator with a publicly traded master limited partnership.
Prior to Quinoco, Debbie was an audit manager at Price
Waterhouse Coopers. She also held interim management roles as a
consultant with both public and private firms and assisted in
restructuring situations for start-up and growth companies.
Debbie earned her M.S. in Finance at Golden Gate University and
her B.S. in Accounting at Elmhurst College. She is a certified
public accountant in California and an adjunct finance professor
for graduate level courses.
