Dana is located in Fisher Lynch Capital’s Boston office and focuses on firm management and administration, human resources, compliance and legal affairs.

Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Dana worked as the Director of Operations and Legal Affairs at MPM Capital, a venture capital firm, where she was responsible for general firm administration and operational matters as well as corporate and regulatory compliance, legal matters, and human resources. Dana began her career as a corporate attorney in the Private Investment Funds Group at Proskauer where she represented institutional investors, venture capital funds, private equity funds and fund-of-funds in their portfolio investments, including investments in U.S. and non-U.S. private equity funds and secondary transactions and advised venture capital and private equity firms in relation to internal general partner dynamics and management company issues.

Dana earned her J.D at the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. in History at the College of the Holy Cross.
