Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Leon was a Senior Vice President of GIC Special Investments (GICSI), which is the private equity arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Leon was an investment team leader for GICSI’s North American investment program. He led investments into leveraged buyout funds, growth capital funds, and co-investments alongside these fund managers. Leon also worked with Brett Fisher to re-establish GICSI’s venture capital program. Leon represented GICSI on numerous fund advisory committees and boards of directors.

Leon held previous positions as a Senior Consultant and Manager of Business Consulting Services at Arthur Andersen, where he led client engagements in software, supply chain, and professional services industries.

Leon’s prior experience also includes software development consulting roles at ISCG and Manugistics.

Leon earned an M.B.A. at the Wharton School, and BAS and BSEcon degrees from the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School.
