Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Marshall was a partner at Parthenon Capital, a middle-market private equity firm with over $2 billion in capital under management. While at Parthenon Capital, Marshall was involved in some of the firm’s most successful investments across a variety of industry sectors. He led the firm’s efforts in building value in its portfolio companies and gained experience across a variety of transaction structures. In addition, Marshall represented Parthenon Capital on several portfolio company boards of directors.

Before joining Parthenon Capital, Marshall was with The Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm, where he advised multiple public and private clients and led the implementation of growth, profitability, and turnaround strategies.

Earlier in his career, Marshall was with Saugatuck Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market buyouts and growth equity transactions, and the corporate finance and private equity group of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.

Marshall earned his M.B.A. at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his B.A. in History at Yale University.

Prior to founding Fisher Lynch Capital, Brett was a Senior Vice President of GIC Special Investments (GICSI), which is the private equity arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Brett led GICSI’s investments in US leveraged buyout funds, growth capital funds, and co-investments alongside these fund managers. Brett also re-established GICSI’s venture capital program. Brett was a member of GICSI’s Investment Committee and its Management Committee and represented GICSI on numerous fund advisory committees and boards of directors.

Before joining GICSI, Brett was a Director of Corporate Development for AirTouch Communications, one of the world’s largest wireless telecommunications companies. At AirTouch he structured and negotiated international joint venture transactions.

Prior to AirTouch, Brett was a Vice President with Genstar Investment Corporation, a leveraged buyout firm. His duties for Genstar included the sourcing, evaluation, and structuring of leveraged buyout investments as well as the monitoring of Genstar’s portfolio companies.

Brett began his business career with Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm.

Brett earned his M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics at Yale University.

Previously, Leon was a Senior Vice President of GIC Special Investments, the private equity investment arm of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. Leon led over $2.5 billion of commitments to leveraged buyout funds, growth capital funds, and co-investments. Leon also helped to re-establish the GICSI’s venture capital program and represented them on numerous fund advisory committees and boards of directors.

Leon held previous senior positions in IT and Business Consulting, where he led 14 client engagements in software, supply chain, and professional services industries. Leon’s prior experience also includes various software development consulting roles.

Leon earned an M.B.A. at the Wharton School, and undergraduate dual degrees in engineering and business from the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School.

Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Anthony was a Portfolio Manager at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and managed the Foundation’s private equity portfolio. While at the Mellon Foundation, Anthony led investments in U.S. and non-U.S. leveraged buyout, growth capital, venture capital, subordinated debt and distressed security funds. Anthony also represented Mellon on several fund advisory committees.

Before joining Mellon, Anthony was a Senior Analyst at Lucent Asset Management (now Alcatel-Lucent) and helped build the private equity portfolio, team and systems.

Prior to joining Lucent, Anthony was a Consultant at Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting and research firm, where he focused on the firm’s quantitative efforts.

Anthony earned his M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his Sc.B. in Applied Mathematics & Economics at Brown University.

Prior to founding Fisher Lynch Capital, Linda was Director of Private Equity and Vice President of Lucent Asset Management, the investment arm of Lucent Technologies, Inc. (now Alcatel-Lucent). Linda established and managed the global private equity program, and helped lead the asset management organization. She built an investment and operations team, held numerous advisory board positions, and oversaw a co-investment program.

Before joining Lucent, Linda was a Managing Director of Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting and research firm. Linda’s clients included a wide range of institutional investors, for whom she provided alternative assets consulting, as well as broader advisory services.

Linda’s prior experience included finance and economic development posts for the City of New York.

Linda earned her M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her B.A. in English at Yale University.

Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Georganne was Director of Private Equity at the Stanford Management Company, which was created to manage the investment assets of Stanford University. Georganne led the private equity program investing in both venture capital and buyout funds and held numerous advisory board positions. Prior to joining the private equity team in 1990, she held various other positions at Stanford since 1982.

Georganne is also a Trustee of the YMCA Retirement Fund and Chair of the Endowment Management Committee for Saint Francis High School.

Georganne earned her B.A. in Fine Arts at the University of California, Irvine.

Previously, Marcus was a Partner at Cinven, a leading European buyout firm. In his nine years at Cinven, he led transactions across several industries and European markets and sat on the Boards of Amadeus, Corgi Classics, Medimedia, and Smurfit Kappa.

Prior to joining Cinven, Marcus was an executive at Intermediate Capital Group plc, the largest independent provider of mezzanine finance for buyouts in Europe. Before joining ICG, Marcus worked in Corporate Finance at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Marcus is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Operational Research from the University of London.
