				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Marshall is a Managing Director in Fisher Lynch Capital’s Boston office and he focuses primarily on buyout co-investments and fund investments.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Marshall was a partner at Parthenon Capital, a middle-market private equity firm with over $2 billion in capital under management. While at Parthenon Capital, Marshall was involved in some of the firm’s most successful investments across a variety of industry sectors. He led the firm’s efforts in building value in its portfolio companies and gained experience across a variety of transaction structures. In addition, Marshall represented Parthenon Capital on several portfolio company boards of directors.</p>
<p>Before joining Parthenon Capital, Marshall was with The Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm, where he advised multiple public and private clients and led the implementation of growth, profitability, and turnaround strategies.</p>
<p>Earlier in his career, Marshall was with Saugatuck Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market buyouts and growth equity transactions, and the corporate finance and private equity group of Brown Brothers Harriman &amp; Co.</p>
<p>Marshall earned his M.B.A. at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his B.A. in History at Yale University.</p>

<p>Prior to founding Fisher Lynch Capital, Brett was a Senior Vice President of GIC Special Investments (GICSI), which is the private equity arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Brett led GICSI’s investments in US leveraged buyout funds, growth capital funds, and co-investments alongside these fund managers. Brett also re-established GICSI’s venture capital program. Brett was a member of GICSI’s Investment Committee and its Management Committee and represented GICSI on numerous fund advisory committees and boards of directors.</p>
<p>Before joining GICSI, Brett was a Director of Corporate Development for AirTouch Communications, one of the world’s largest wireless telecommunications companies. At AirTouch he structured and negotiated international joint venture transactions.</p>
<p>Prior to AirTouch, Brett was a Vice President with Genstar Investment Corporation, a leveraged buyout firm. His duties for Genstar included the sourcing, evaluation, and structuring of leveraged buyout investments as well as the monitoring of Genstar’s portfolio companies.</p>
<p>Brett began his business career with Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm.</p>
<p>Brett earned his M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics at Yale University.</p>

<p>Leon held previous senior positions in IT and Business Consulting, where he led 14 client engagements in software, supply chain, and professional services industries. Leon’s prior experience also includes various software development consulting roles.</p>
<p>Leon earned an M.B.A. at the Wharton School, and undergraduate dual degrees in engineering and business from the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School.</p>

<p>Georganne is also a Trustee of the YMCA Retirement Fund and Chair of the Endowment Management Committee for Saint Francis High School.</p>
<p>Georganne earned her B.A. in Fine Arts at the University of California, Irvine.</p>

<p>Prior to joining Cinven, Marcus was an executive at Intermediate Capital Group plc, the largest independent provider of mezzanine finance for buyouts in Europe. Before joining ICG, Marcus worked in Corporate Finance at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.</p>
<p>Marcus is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &amp; Wales. He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Operational Research from the University of London.</p>
